Aside from Thursday’s pre-fight press conference and weigh-ins Friday afternoon, all the pre-fight formalities leading into UFC 153: Silva vs. Bonnar this Saturday on pay-per-view have come to a conclusion.

Fight week shenanigans including the pre-fight media workout and one-on-one interviews are in the books, and the fighters competing on the card had a lot to say.

It is shaping up to be one a great night of action on PPV and it all goes down Oct. 13 from the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
