At the conclusion of the event, UFC president Dana White hosted the UFC 153: Silva vs. Bonnar post-fight press conference from the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Along with White, the top performers from the UFC 153 fight card including Demian Maia, Phil Davis, Jon Fitch, Glover Teixeira, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Anderson Silva were in attendance to take questions from the press regarding their respective fights, the event and more.
