One-time UFC lightweight champion Lyoto Machida recently appeared on FUEL TV’s “UFC Ultimate Insider” weekly magazine-style news show and was showcased on the “Signature Moves” segment.

In the video, “The Dragon” breaks down four techniques –the crane kick, double punch counter, the diving punch and the counter jab– fans often see him execute inside the octagon.

Machida next fights at UFC on FOX 4 when he takes on “The Ultimate Fighter” season 8 winner Ryan “Darth” Bader in the co-main event from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Aug 4.
