The 43-year-old boss of the world’s biggest mixed martial arts organization has spent the last 12 years of his life building the UFC into a viable sporting brand through hard work, determination and the completion of what others have considered impossible goals.

What makes White a fascinating personality is the vastly different approach he takes to running a sports organization compared to other presidents and commissioners. White has taken the UFC further than anyone could imagine and according the UFC’s head honcho, there is much more to be done in the future.

On a recent edition of UFC Tonight on FUEL TV, White sat down with MMA journalist Ariel Helwani for an extended interview in which he discusses his past, present and future as UFC president.
