In the lead up to the first defence of Ronda Rousey’s Strikeforce bantamweight championship, Showtime has put together a two-part “All Access” series featuring the undefeated champion.

“All Access” takes a look inside the life and camp of Rousey as she prepared for her Aug. 18 showdown in San Diego with Canadian striker Sarah Kaufman.

The well-produced 23-minute video highlights parts of the former Olympian’s life in a way that many have never seen before.
