UFC on FOX 4: Shogun vs. Vera Event Summary

The UFC returned to Los Angeles, Calif., with their fourth network television event on FOX as UFC on FOX 4: Shogun vs. Vera went down last Saturday night from the Staples Center.

The organization’s twelfth free show of the year was filled with great fights and was headlined by a light heavyweight contenders bout between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Brandon Vera. Seven of the 10 bouts on the card were finished inside the distance, while the two of the remaining three went to the final bell and were decided by the judges.
