REMINDER: The Ultimate Fighter 16 Debuts Tonight On FX

Tonight, MMA’s most successful reality show returns to television as the 16th season of “The Ultimate Fighter” is set to premiere at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT on FX and FX Canada.

The season debuts with a two-hour episode pitting 32 competitors against each other in 16 fights to determine which half continue on to the “TUF” house and which half go home.

Coaching this season’s group of aspiring fighters will be “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 10 winner Roy “Big Country” Nelson and former heavyweight title challenger Shane Carwin.

Aside from tonight’s two-hour premier, the remainder of the season airs over the course of 12-weeks with one-hour episodes every Friday night.
