Another year of mixed martial arts is coming to a close as the UFC only has six more events scheduled for the remainder of 2012. Of those six events, three feature title fights as welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre battles Carlos Condit at UFC 154, lightweight champ Benson Henderson puts his strap on the line at UFC on FOX 5 and finally, heavyweight title-holder Junior dos Santos closes out the year with a fight against former champ Cain Velasquez.

With all three champions facing arguably their toughest tests to date before year’s end, we asked the Fight Cove readers, “Which UFC Champion Is Most Likely To Lose Their Championship Before The End Of 2012?”

Who do the fans believe is most likely to lose their belt before the end of the year, St-Pierre, Henderson or dos Santos? Find out what the Fight Cove readers had to say below.

Benson Henderson led the way, receiving over one third of the total votes. The lightweight champion has already successfully defended his belt once, but he rules arguably the toughest weight class in all of MMA and faces a tough opponent in Nate Diaz next. Henderson and Diaz battle for the 155-pound title at UFC on FOX 5 on Dec. 8 in Seattle, WA.

With 20% of the votes, heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos was picked as second most likely to drop the belt. Dos Santos is scheduled to meet Cain Velasquez in the main event of UFC 155 on Dec. 29 in Las Vegas.

Welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre, who will face Carlos Condit in the main event of UFC 154 on Nov. 17, came third, receiving 15% of the votes.
