Former PRIDE two-division champion Dan Henderson is owner of one of the most devastating finish maneuvers in all of mixed martial arts. A stack of victims have fallen to “The H-Bomb” with Michael Bisping being the most memorable of all.

“My favorite MMA move isn’t my own. My favorite move is Dan Henderson’s right hand. He sets it up the same way every time. He throws it every time, it lands on the mark every time. That power in knowing the distance, in knowing where your target is, that’s the hardest part is knowing where your target is. So many people throw punches and they just flat-out miss, but you know, whether it’s by that much or it’s by a big gap, it’s being able to land the shot with the power. And you’re born with that.”

“The same thing he’s doing today to win world championships is the same thing he was doing on the second day of fight practice over a decade ago. You know, that same punch where he acts like he’s going to shoot on you, pops up and hits you in the face. Everybody knows it’s coming, but nobody can stop it.”
